Working at Shifa Al Jazeera Medical Center as Specialist in Internal Medicine and Diabetologist since April 2018. Has a total of 37 years of experience in Medical field.

He has been working as a specialist Diabetologist since15 years. He has a Post graduate diploma in Diabetology and has beenupdating regularly byattending various courses, conferences and workshops in Internal Medicine and Diabetes Mellitus in India and abroad, and has been a speaker in many of them.

He has special interest in Diabetes Mellitus, and various Life Style diseases including Hypertension, Obesity, Dyslipidaemia, Thyroid diseases etc. Pre pregnancy counselling for Diabetics is also an area of interest.

He is a member of American Diabetes Association and various other Diabetes associations.He has held various positions in IMA and other professional bodies since 1986.

He took his MBBS and MD (Internal Medicine)from Govt Medical College, Calicut. After 29 years of servicein Kerala Government Health Services, where he wasthe Head of the department of Internal Medicine at Govt Hospitals Trichur and Palakkad, he retired from government service as Senior Consultant in Internal Medicine.Then he joined Sacred Heart Mission Hospital as Senior Consultant in Internal Medicine and Diabetologist.

He was a State Level Trainer and specialist in charge of HIV/AIDS and H1N1. He has been conducting academic sessions and training classes for both professionals, studentsand public.
